TAMMY KAY CHOW
Sacred Attachment Facilitator

Next Session:
March 19th @ 10am-12pm PST
Theme:
Assumptions & Projections
In this session, we’ll explore judgements and projections as living experiences in our bodies and relationships. What happens when we reveal the judgments and projections arising within us from a place of willingness to embrace the truth of what is here? When we take a step further into owning them and holding the vulnerabilities they stem from? When we meet our fears of being judged and projected on, and find what's on the other side? This is an invitation to step into the unknown, to be surprised, and to meet ourselves and each other with deeper presence and curiosity.
About these sessions:
Somatic Relating Sessions are about bringing all of yourself into connection, exactly as you are.
Many of us have spent our lives losing ourselves in relationships—shapeshifting to be what others needed, holding back our truth, or pulling away when things got too close.
But connection doesn’t have to mean abandoning yourself or performing in order to secure love & belonging.
What happens when you stay with your experience—even when it’s uncomfortable, even when the impulse to shut down is strong, even when it feels like disconnect?
This is a space to practice staying present in relating in real time—to notice your urges to retreat, over-explain, or manage how you're perceived… and instead, to stay.
We welcome all of you. The softness and the sharp edges. The fear and the curiosity. The tenderness and the resistance. Even the parts that feel too much or not enough.
Because real connection begins when we notice all the ways we are holding back, and remember the choice to lean in.
Here's what you can expect to practice and gain:
-
Bring more of yourself to your relationships and build confidence to show up authentically.
-
Own your full experience, including the moments you want to hide.
-
Connect with your body’s signals and use them to guide how you show up in your relationships.
-
Stay with discomfort instead of shutting down or self-editing.
-
Bring your truth, boundaries, and needs into connection—at your own pace.
-
Explore judgment & projections—naming them instead of being ruled by them.
-
Build resilience and self-trust when navigating relationships, friendships, or dating.
-
Feel the aliveness of presence in relationship as you show up with willingness to meet disconnect.

Zori is a relational counselor & shamanic practitioner with over 6 years of experience in facilitating authentic relating circles & community.
Her devotion to creating spaces to deepen connection with self and other is inspired by her lived experience of losing herself in order to maintain the love of her close ones as a child. It is a pattern she found
herself repeating as an adult to the detriment of her work,
relationships and social life.
Zori first encountered authentic relating & circling in Bali and immediately felt the deep medicine it was for this pattern. The practice has become much more than that, opening layers of intimacy, vulnerability and beauty in relating she didn't even know existed.
She has been certified as an authentic relating facilitator by Circling Europe and helps you deepen in the art of connection by bringing awareness to your authentic experience, cultivating the courage to express it and the skill to do so with ownership and capacity to stay stay attuned to another. The outcome is a magical dance of presence and truth she can't wait to share with you.
