TAMMY KAY CHOW
Somatic Attachment Facilitator

Relational Alchemy is a gentle, nourishing space to unwind attachment wounds and get your attachment needs met — so you can bring more health and ease into your relationships and yourself.
Through somatic trauma processing rooted in Somatic Experiencing and Dynamic Attachment Repatterening, relational attunement, and embodied exercises, we create the conditions for your nervous system to soften and repattern — so that safety in connection becomes not just possible, but felt in the body.
This group is for...
Anyone who has done some inner work — therapy, healing, self-reflection — and is ready to bring that awareness into contact with others.
It is for those moving through grief, navigating relationships, or longing for a deeper sense of belonging. For those who struggle to be fully seen, who hold back in connection, or who sense that their relational patterns are rooted somewhere deeper than talk therapy alone can reach.
What to expect...
Each session begins with somatic grounding and awareness — dropping out of the mind and into the body. From there, we follow what's alive in the group, working with whatever arises relationally in real time.
You can expect to be gently guided through somatic and embodied exercises, relational attunement practices, and group process. Some sessions will be quiet and inward. Others will be more expressive and relational. All of it is held with care.
You will not be pushed beyond your edges — but you will be invited to meet them. And you will not be alone in doing so.
Hi! I'm Tammy.

I spent years longing for connection while simultaneously not knowing how to let it in.
It wasn't until my attachment training — when someone asked me to name the secure relationships in my life — that I realized the only honest answer was my dog Nala. When she died unexpectedly, I fell into a grief so profound it forced me to finally face what I had been avoiding: how unsafe I felt in human relationships, and how much of my life had been shaped by that.
What followed was a deep unwinding: somatic trauma therapy, attachment healing, and a slow, honest reckoning with the patterns I had been carrying.
Many people who have experienced attachment wounding find their safest connection with animals or nature — and I was no different. I will always credit Nala as the guide who led me from codependency and disorganized attachment into creating secure attachment with myself, with something greater, and eventually with others.
My healing journey through complex trauma and disorganized attachment led me into somatics, attachment, and conflict resolution as a spiritual practice. I’ve trained in Radical Aliveness Leadership, Somatic Experiencing (SEP), Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe), Constellations work, Healing the Broken Mother Field, Resonant Language, Ritual Theater, Body Temple Dance, women’s Tantra, breathwork, Somatic IFS and Eastern and Western mystical traditions.
Through this work, I’ve come to believe that the most spiritual path we can walk is being fully human — staying present in our bodies, in relationship, and with what's true. I'm passionate about helping others grow in relationship when we learn the skills to stay.
