Trauma Integration
Together, we’ll work with your nervous system to help you find safety in your body—so you can regulate, feel, and come home to yourself. You’ll learn to interpret your body’s messages through its six channels of knowing: sensations, imagination, movement, emotions, meaning, and sound—gently uncovering the roots of physical and emotional patterns. As stored survival energy from early trauma is released and integrated, your body begins to experience more choice. Old stories lose their grip, and new responses become possible — not through effort or willpower, but through embodied understanding.

Aligned Attachment
Re-pattern the roots of insecure attachment shaped by early relationships and complex family dynamics. We create new embodied experiences of safety, consistency, and connection that your nervous system can trust. You’ll cultivate secure attachment not only in relationship with others, but through a stable inner union with yourself. As your inner masculine and feminine come into greater balance, you may feel more grounded, confident, and at home in your body. From this place of inner belonging, boundaries become clearer and relationships begin to reflect who you actually are. You’ll learn practical tools to communicate with authenticity, build trust in yourself, and allow younger parts of you to feel seen, protected, and deeply supported.

Emotional Empowerment
You’ll be supported in reclaiming your emotional expression — your capacity to feel anger without collapse, grief without isolation, and vulnerability without self-abandonment. Through somatic release, boundary work, and relational practice, we gently restore your body’s ability to access healthy aggression, express truth, and be held in the depths of feeling. As your nervous system learns that emotional expression can be met with presence and care, you no longer have to shrink, harden, or disappear to stay safe.

Embodied Spirit
I support you in reconnecting with your soul, Spirit, God / Goddess, ancestors, and guides as steady sources of love, safety, and belonging. This connection is experienced through the body as a felt sense of support, guidance, and care. Together, we explore your unique relationship with the Divine, untangling it from guilt, shame, or inner criticism shaped by religious or cultural conditioning. This creates space to relate to Spirit in a way that feels nourishing, alive, and true to you. We also tend to your ancestral roots to release inherited burdens and open pathways for guidance, strength, and purpose to flow through. As intergenerational trauma, epigenetic imprinting, and cultural forces are integrated, you begin to feel held within your lineage, supported by those who came before you, and more deeply oriented in where you are and where you’re going.

Your Inner Artist
Your inner child becomes a guide back to yourself through curiosity, wonder, and creative life force. I support you in reconnecting with the younger parts of you that still long for your presence and care — using creative expression as a language of safety, play, and truth. Together, we release the belief that art must be productive, polished, or “good.” Instead, we create space for your inner artist to feel safe, seen, and free to emerge in whatever form feels most alive for you. As your healing integrates through creativity, expression begins to come from your authentic, inspired self — rather than from parts of you that learned to brace, perform, or hide in order to avoid judgment or rejection.

Somatic Experiencing works directly with the nervous system to gently resolve trauma stored in the body. Rather than re-living the past, we track sensation, regulation, and safety in the present moment — allowing survival energy to release at a pace your system can trust. This supports emotional regulation, embodiment, and a felt sense of safety within yourself and in relationship.

Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe)
DARe supports the repair of early attachment wounds by creating new experiences of attunement, consistency, and connection. Through relational presence and nervous-system-informed practices, younger parts of you receive what was missing — allowing insecure attachment patterns to soften and secure attachment to become embodied, not just understood.

Radical Aliveness
​
Radical Aliveness is a relational and expressive practice that welcomes emotional truth, concflict, intensity, and aliveness in real time. It supports the healthy expression of anger, vulnerability, desire, and grief within a grounded, attuned container — helping you reclaim life force and relate with greater authenticity, dignity, and presence.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations is a systemic healing approach that reveals how ancestral patterns, unseen loyalties, and intergenerational trauma shape present-day relationships, emotions, and life direction. This work supports the release of inherited burdens and the restoration of belonging within your lineage — often opening access to ancestral guidance, support, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Body Temple: Ritual Theater & Tantric Lineage​
Body Temple is an embodied, devotional practice rooted in Bhakti yoga and expressed through ritual theater and tantric work. Your life becomes the art and your body the instrument, offering sensation, emotion, desire, and prayer as acts of devotion. Through movement, voice, breath, sound, and symbolic action, grief, rage, pleasure, and creativity are welcomed as pathways back to love. Through authentic expression, your lived experience is restored as a source of meaning, aliveness, and power.

Tammy is a Somatic Experiencing and Attachment Re-Patterning practitioner, Body Temple Dance facilitator, spiritual alignment guide, artist, and designer.
